Job description

Mission

Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to join our Corporate Marketing team as Corporate Marketing Disease Manager - ILD.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing of the Pulmo Rare Disease Franchise, this role will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across the ILD portfolio, working in close collaboration with the global ILD team and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Corporate Marketing Disease Manager - ILD will play a critical role in driving launch excellence, market development, strategic planning and affiliate readiness to accelerate growth and strengthen Ferrer's leadership position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive & Align launch strategy and cross-functional coordination, with focus on PH-ILD, enabling successful expansion, adoption, and sustainable growth across all territories
  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with franchise priorities and adapting focus according to portfolio evolution and business needs.
  • Develop and implement launch planning and country sequencing strategies, ensuring optimal prioritization of markets based on readiness, access dynamics and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with affiliates and cross-functional teams to strengthen market development initiatives, accelerate execution and maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Lead market shaping and disease awareness initiatives that support the long-term development of the ecosystem and improve stakeholder engagement across key markets.
  • Ensure affiliate and field readiness through the development of training, capabilities, tools and best-practice sharing to support successful launches and lifecycle management.
  • Support the tactical planning and rollout of franchise launch initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and maximization of launch opportunities.
  • Generate actionable insights through market analysis, customer understanding, competitive intelligence and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Business Development and local affiliates.
  • Monitor business performance and key launch indicators, providing strategic recommendations to optimize outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal and corporate governance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed 

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism. To excel as Corporate Disease Marketing Manager ILD at Ferrer, the ideal candidate should possess the following education, qualifications, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science
  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably within specialty care, rare diseases and/or respiratory diseases.
  • Proven experience in launch preparation and execution at international or regional level.
  • Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
  • International exposure and affiliate-facing experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
  • Collaborative and highly effective at working across cultures and functions.
  • Agile and adaptable to changing business priorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player capable of building strong and sustainable relationships.
