Your mission

As key member of our IT CRM & Digital corporate team, you will lead the management, execution and delivery of IT projects in the field of commercial operations collaborating with the different areas across the company, accompanying the business throughout the most suitable solutions and supporting the digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of CRM projects at a cross functional level, defining from their functional and technological requirements to solution implementation.
Manage internal and external resources for the correct execution of projects related to commercial operations
Proactively detect opportunities and propose new projects according to viability, scalability and value for the business.
Evolve the necessary architecture for commercial business operations projects.
Capture, explain, retain and share the knowledge of IT solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar.
Demonstrable experience in CRM and marketing automation projects for pharma that include all phases of their life cycle, and integration with other digital ecosystems
Experience in any of the following tools: Veeva, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with master and transactional data integration
Experience and knowledge of web ecosystems
Advanced English level
Excellent analytical skills, Team player, empathy, active listening, ability to build value relationships.
