Your mission 

Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Director of the Pulmonary Vascular & Interstitial Lung Diseases (PV&ILD) Therapeutic Area, the Senior Corporate Device Portfolio Manager leads the strategy of the corporate devices associated with the corporate brands, to be the point of reference in each market by meeting their needs and promoting collaborative work for the fulfillment of individual and collective objectives globally impacting on the company’s value

Responsabilities:

  • Lead the strategy of the devices associated with the corporate brands, ensuring that this strategy is perfectly aligned with the strategy of the corporate brands, by participating in the Corporate Brand Teams.
  • Co-lead the strategy and positioning of the PV&ILD Therapeutic Area with the team of marketing managers.
  • Lead the life cycle of devices associated with corporate brands and ensure compliance with sustainability criteria and standards in accordance with the company's values.
  • Lead relationships with the companies that supply or manufacture the devices.
  • Lead transversal work groups with the aim of managing approvals in new markets, maintenance of certifications or other required needs (such as stability, efficacy and safety studies)
  • To be the point of reference in the company in terms of devices associated with complex treatments
  • Identify and analyze global trends, future solutions that improve the present ones and competitive monitoring.
  • Business Development support for new markets and new development projects.
  • Support Partners and Affiliates local activities: launch sequencing and planning transferring experiences, brand events, promotional materials, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science 

  • 5 years of relevant work experience in medical devices in healthcare or life science industry

  • International experience

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen

  • Advanced in MS Excel and Office tools

  • Very good knowledge of English language.

  • Excellent Leadership and communication and influencing skills.

  • Strategic vision.

  • Empathy, and active listener.

  • Learning agility.

  • Team player with sound decision making skills, able to build strong, sustainable relationships.

  • Data driven and results oriented
