Mission
Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Global Marketing Excellence team. This role will involve driving marketing excellence at a global level by enabling data-driven, portfolio-focused decision making across brands and markets through common frameworks, processes, KPIs, and governance. As a strategic partner to cross-functional teams—including Brand, Commercial, Medical, Access, Finance, Market Insights, Regulatory, Digital, and Content Excellence—you will connect strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, resource allocation, and P&L impact. This role will lead the evolution from traditional brand management to advanced portfolio management, while shaping global marketing capabilities, supporting key business planning processes, and accelerating successful launches across European markets.
