Mission
As Corporate Medical Patient Support Programs (PSP) Lead – Rare Diseases, you will define, govern, and drive the framework for patient support programs across our rare disease portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Medical Affairs, patient centricity, and healthcare system impact, ensuring that PSPs go beyond access to deliver measurable improvements in patient outcomes, experience, and adherence. You will provide strategic guidance, global frameworks, and governance, while enabling regions and affiliates to implement locally adapted, compliant, and high-impact patient support solutions, co-created with the healthcare ecosystem.
