Job description

Mission 
Support Commercial Acceleration and product teams across Europe and non-priority brands by translating strategic and business needs into effective digital campaigns and high-quality multichannel content. The role will lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and continuous optimization of customer-centric digital materials across key platforms, mainly email and CLM, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with brand strategy, while maximizing engagement and commercial impact. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Design and execute end-to-end digital campaigns, with a primary focus on email and CLM channels. 
  • Create, develop, and localize high-quality digital content and assets, including HTML emails and CLM presentations, aligned with brand strategy and market needs 
  • Adapt global and regional materials to local market requirements, ensuring relevance, consistency, and a strong user experience. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Approved Email, executing, configuring, and deploying campaigns leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation capabilities. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions, generating insights, and proposing data-driven improvements. 
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and content based on performance data, feedback from field teams, and best practices. 
  • Perform testing, monitoring, and quality control to ensure timely, error-free campaign delivery. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Business Excellence, Data, Medical, Legal, Digital, IT, and DDAI teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. 
  • Support multiple brands across different European markets, contributing to both priority and non-priority portfolios.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed 

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.  
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in digital activation, digital marketing, or content management roles, with a strong focus on email marketing and multichannel campaigns. 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Veeva CRM Approved Email. 
  • Solid understanding of digital campaign design, segmentation, personalization, automation, and performance tracking. 
  • Ability to work with data and campaign metrics to generate insights and continuously optimize performance. 
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and working in cross-functional, international environments. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time. 
    Fluent in English and Spanish. 
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and continuous improvement orientation.
