Job description

Your mission  

As key member of our International Customer Service Team you’ ll coordinate the end-to-end management of assigned international customer orders from the moment they are received until the products successfully reach the client’s facilities. Proactively resolving any issues and ensuring an exceptional service experience in a dynamic international environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders throughout the ordertodelivery process, ensuring that all committed delivery dates are met. 
  • Monitor the status of orders in coordination with all involved departments, ensuring best Customer Experience standards. 
  • Resolve any issues related to the orderprocessing workflow. 
  • Provide customers and business units with accurate and timely delivery information. 
  • Oversee the invoicing and export processes for assigned customer accounts/subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with operational, regulatory, and quality requirements. 
  • Manage shipping instructions with different freight forwarders and address any issues that may arise during the shipment/export process. 
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs and report performance results to the assigned Area Managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed 

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • Higher Education background/Degree in Business, Economics, International comerce or similar related fields  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in International Customer Service, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.  
  • At least 3 years of experience in export management (non EU) and shipments (intraEU). 
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.  
  • Advanced level of English (C1-C2), both spoken and written, for daily interaction in an international environment.  
  • Experience in servicelevel analysis and KPI reporting.  
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously in a complex and regulated environment.  
  • Strong customer orientation, operational rigor, and attention to detail.  
  • Proactivity and strong problemsolving orientation with Analytical mindset and focus on continuous improvement.  
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across functions.  
  • Resilience and ability to work in high demanding dynamic multinational environmens.
