Your mission 

The Field Medical Excellence Advisor will be responsible for collaborating in the creation and improvement of tools and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the field medical teams. This position, with a global scope, will involve alignment with local markets, generating reports, analyzing data, and ensuring the continuous alignment of strategies with company objectives. The role requires a strong focus on process improvement, compliance with ethical standards, country implementation tasks and facilitating communication across teams to drive success in the field and the medical area.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the creation and enhancement of tools and resources to optimize the effectiveness of field medical teams.
  • Generate reports and conduct analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, particularly in data collection and insights analysis.
  • Evaluate and assess the capabilities of the field medical team, providing necessary knowledge and tools to support their success.
  • Support the implementation of corporate strategies and projects that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in all field activities.
  • Ensure proper and timely processing and delivery of information to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, feedback from healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other insights to inform and guide strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels and governance for good collaboration between corporate and affiliate teams.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication of scientific information within the Field Medical team.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Degree/Certification in relevant field, e.g., Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, etc.
  • Proven experience in field medical roles or related healthcare positions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, industry standards, and ethical principles.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on continuous process improvement and strategic implementation.
  • Experience in creating and deploying tools/resources for medical teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities at corporate level.
  • Previous experience working with Field Medical Excellence Tools, such Salesforce, Veeva…
  • Knowledge in Digital and data capabilities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
