Your mission: 

As part of the Production Team, we are currently looking for an Continuous Improvement Advisor reporting to the Pharmaceutical Sites Director.

Your mission will be: Drive process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

As a crucial part of the challenge, you’ll be leveraging your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies to identify opportunities, apply solutions and achieve measurable improvements in a variety of functions working together with cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies, lead root cause analysis (RCA) for deviations or inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Lean and Six Sigma Deployment
  • Project Management: manage improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
  • Centric line culture & servant-leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change by aligning stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed 

 

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

 

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP) are a plus.
  • Tools and Systems: Process mapping tools and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI) & knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
