Your mission 

As team member of the Transformation Office, the Transformation Office Advisor main role is to promote and facilitate excellence in project management as well as actively initiate, promote and manage the initiatives in terms of transformation, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic pillars.

In close collaboration with the different stakeholders of the organization, the TO Advisor will ensure the overall consistency of the transformation model and project portfolio and advise on decision making as well as the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and agile ways of working.

 

Responsibilities

  • Referent in the organization for the assigned transformation projects, supporting the teams in the definition/implementation of work dynamics, guidance in the implementation of best techniques, tools and required procedures, support in the preparation and updating of the work plan, and facilitating the monitoring and reporting of project progress and its impact as well as support in change management.
  • Support the organization by developing expertise in project management and methodologies (predictive and Agile) for transformation, as well as change management. Strong risk and opportunity assessment skills.
  • Management of the assigned project portfolio, ensuring the management of the knowledge generated, pertinent communication, and offering crossfuctional global view by identifying synergies/conflicts between the projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the strategic pillars of the company.

Contribute as a member of the transformation office team in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the area structure, the transformation model and its governance, and promote and implement new project initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed 

 

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/ Science / Engineering or Related field desirable.
  • 3+ experience in Agile coaching and/or in Project Management for diverse and mid-hig complexity projects/ programs, with relevant work experience both in waterfall and agile environments.
  • Sound knowledge in mentoring and developing teams in project management, methodologies and dynamics, with focus in Lean and Agile mindset, practices and tools.
  • Knowledge  and experience in workshop design and facilitation.
  • Business accumen and global view, moved by purpose. Active learner driven by continuous improvement, with ability and willingness to work in a multinational and cultural diversity embracing environment. 
  • Excellent communication, training and impact/influence skills. Proficient in management of simultaneous assets, internal clients and potential synergies and/or conflicts. Flexible, Customer Oriented and team player DNA. Ability to mobilize, collaborate and bring people together to work towards the same purpose.
  • Ability to self-manage and flexible approach while prioritizing work efficiently. Ability to synthesize complex information into key messages that are easily understandable, ensuring that documents and presentations are accessible to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Proficient in English.
