By joining the Ferrer Communication team, within the People & Sustainability Area:

Your Role

You will support the implementation of the global communication plan.
You will contribute to challenging projects, from creative ideation to final publication, and get specific project parts that you can finalise independently.
You will help identify stories to tell and you will support the development of corporate communication content across various communications channels, including social media, website, communication kits, and more.
You will gather, analyse, and review data to optimize the use of our channels and the impact of our communication campaigns.
You will work collaboratively with agencies and coordinate cross-functionally with the internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

Educated to degree level or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.

Strong communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing.
Self-motivated, creative individual willing to collaborate and work with others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Spanish & English: full professional proficiency.
Fluent in working with Adobe Pack (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier).
Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are a plus.
Availability to do an agreement with university/school for at least 6 months (with possibility to extend it 6 months more), starting in May 24.
