Job description

Your mission 

As a key member of our Corporate Finance Operations team, you will lead the review and preparation of monthly closing and annual financial reporting activities, ensuring full compliance with accounting policies and the internal control framework for financial information. You will also contribute to the Group’s consolidation and Cash Flow processes, playing an active role in our cultural transformation towards a financially sustainable organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements of local legal entities and the Shared Services Center, including the review and preparation of monthly closings and annual financial activities.
  • Actively participate in the Group’s consolidation process, covering more than 30 entities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly Cash Flow reporting, validating variances and key drivers with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate the external financial audit, ensuring timely delivery of information and alignment with auditors.
  • Participate in cross-functional transformation and improvement projects, contributing financial expertise and promoting process standardization, automatization, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group’s accounting policies and the internal control framework over financial reporting (ICFR), proposing and driving process improvements when required.
  • Oversee and support the preparation of the Annual Accounts for national entities, ensuring compliance with legal, tax and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reporting for various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, DDAI, Controlling, and International Corporate Finance.
  • Drive the design, development, and evolution of the ERP systems essential for the execution and continuous improvement of this function

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed 

 

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • postgraduate or master's degree in finance, accounting, audit is highly desirable.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Big Four and/or in multinational finance, accounting, or consolidation functions within complex multi‑entity structures. Experience in Shared Services Centres will be considered a strong asset.
  • Robust technical accounting skills. Experience in applying IFRS standards will be a plus.
  • Languages: Spanish and English (fluent).
  • Excellent command of SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of consolidation platforms is required; experience with OneStream will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills, team player, empathy, active listening, ability to build value relationships, proactivity.
