The role

This role will lead Process Excellence in HR department by managing our People systems driving efficiencies around processes and solutions in a holistic way across all People functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global people processes (e.g., budget, compensation review, performance, talent development) and standards for all HR aspects from a tools perspective
  • Evaluate and take ownership of how processes, workflows, and integrations can be optimized to ensure robust systems by actively looking for chances to automate and improve
  • Define and design together with the IT Business Partner the dashboards and reports with relevant HR data for the HR community and other key departements or business units
  • Contribute together with the IT Business Partner to project design of the future HR Technology and continuously improve the overall experience for our stakeholders
  • Foster global process execution awareness within and outside the HR Division; Be an ambassador for a data-driven and growth-oriented HR community
  • Monitor HR team projects progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables;
  • Provide updates to senior HR leadership and all stakeholders of progress through communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings.
  • Be the preferred contact point for the IT Department through the IT Business Partner supporting the P&A area.

Requirements

We Value:

  • Excellent knowledge and use of SAP & Success Factors (recruitment, learning, Performance & goals), and at least five years of experience in working with HRIS systems with a SAAS solution from a key user or expert user perspective
  • Solid knowledge of HR data analytics, HR KPIs, HR data management processes
  • Understanding the importance of processes & systems and how we can utilize them to improve ways of working
  • Collaborative can-do-attitude and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset; exploring a variety of sustainable ways of finding solutions
  • Digitally savvy and a quick learner
  • High level of English and the ability to work in a diverse and multinational environment
