The role 

Reporting to the Chief People & Sustainability Officer, this role will provide strategic and tactical operational leadership on a global level, as well as deliver and build on the diversity, equity, inclusion strategy.  
This position will require a great deal of collaboration and partnership across many departments, regions and groups both within and outside the organization, will move us beyond short-term programs and initiatives towards systemic integration of DE&I into our people practices and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, enabling a culture that contributes to generate a positive impact into society 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define the short and long-term global DI&E strategy and oversee the tactical implementation of the roadmap 
  • Tracking and measuring of progress, while continuously listening and ensuring we are achieving the desired impacts. 
  • Provide DE&I expertise, direction and advice to executive leadership and People business partners to ensure accountability that DE&I philosophy and practice is embedded across the company, within functions, and teams 
  • Facilitate company-wide DE&I updates in multiple forums including company-wide town-halls, executive meetings, leadership meetings 
  • Partner with Talent&Culture and People Business Partner to ensure that our DE&I efforts focused on recruitment are best equipped to find and retain diverse talent and set up a non-biased interview and selection process. 
  • Identify, source and manage external partnership opportunities with different organizations that support DI&E 
  • Partner with Communication Department to implement plans and campaigns to spread awareness of our DE&I programs 

 

Requirements

Experience and Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  
  • Substantial and relevant experience with DE&I 
  • Track record of setting global strategy that can be translated into local programs 
  • Experience designing, leading measurable and scalable DE&I programs 
  • Experience in global roles within a multinational company
