Job description

The role of the Scientific Knowledge Management (Sc KM) Officer is to help to the management of the Company's Scientific Knowledge, specifically in the area of medical information and publications.

In the medical information field, you will provide up-to-date and relevant medical, technical and pharmaceutical information on Ferrer Products to both external and internal customers, including sales representatives in accordance with the Farmaindustria code of practice.

You will also coordinate all medical information services from our affiliates and partners. In this way, you will address complex medical inquiries escalations from local markets, reviewing/providing them scientific support.

In addition to the points mentioned above, you will be responsible, with the collaboration of Corporate Medical Team, for developing and updating all medical information reports, for example: Frequent Answered Questions (FAQs) and Scientific Information Letters.

In the medical publications field, you will oversee and coordinate of the Global Product Publication Plan, for all strategic products, in alignment with Corporate Brand Teams and other internal stakeholders.

You will also provide support to the development of scientific publications (papers or presentations to congresses) assuring that all of them follow Good Publication Practices.

Finally, you will be the responsible for maintaining and updating the Internal Global Publication Registry (PubScience).

As key member of the Scientific Knowledge Management Team, you will also support the activities in other departmental areas, as Knowledge Sharing, Medical Education and Competitive Intelligence.

The position will report to the Head of Scientific Knowledge Management Department, of the Corporate Medical Affairs Area.

Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences.

3-5 years of experience in Medical Communication / Medical Affairs industry

Excellent command of the English language and outstanding writing and communication skills.
