Digital Health Program Manager

We are looking for a program manager to oversee our ongoing digital projects in collaboration with start-ups, identify and design new digital projects and drive Ferrer’s digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing digital projects with start-ups ensuring that they are completed as planned
• Coordinate with Ferrer’s internal departments to ensure smooth functioning of mixed agile teams
• Foster engagement with start-up ecosystem, innovators and other open innovation partners to identify new opportunities for engagement
• Contribute to the roadmap and strategy for Ferrer’s digital health vision
• Prepare and execute Ferrer 4 Future program launch activities
• Support scouting activities, evaluation and deal structuring with start-ups
• Prepare business case and investment analysis for new projects
• Provide knowledge leadership to Ferrer in the area of digital technologies, digital health and digital transformation
