Job description

Your mission

As a part of the Digital, Data & AI team and reporting to the Corporate Cybersecurity Lead, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive operational and analytical support to strengthen the organization's cyber security posture while enabling business objectives.

 

This role serves as a critical bridge between security requirements and business stakeholders, ensuring effective project delivery, engagement, and continuous improvement of security practices & and foster a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the comprehensive cyber security roadmap to align with organisational objectives and changes to the threat landscape, encompassing technology infrastructure, company awareness and process understanding
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology leadership and business & manufacturing stakeholders to ensure cyber security considerations are embedded in business decision-making processes.
  • Take accountability for end to end cyber security projects, including defining scope, allocating resources, tracking budgets, managing milestones, and providing executive reports, with full P&L accountability.
  • Transform cybersecurity requirements into actionable security policies and frameworks, and support enterprise risk management that enable business growth while maintaining an appropriate risk posture.
  • Provide expert technical oversight and assurance across critical security domains, including the hands-on evaluation of IT infrastructure components (AAA, remote access, network architecture and cloud environments) and security technologies (EDR, firewalls, SASE, SIEM and SOAR platforms).
  • Collaborate with Security Operations Centre (SOC) teams to enhance incident response capabilities, including optimising alert triage, conducting business impact assessments, planning remediation and carrying out post-incident analysis.
  • Design and execute comprehensive security awareness programmes, including executive briefings, employee training initiatives and communication campaigns, to foster a security-conscious organisational culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Sound Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects in Multinational environment & scope.
  • Background experience in security technical implementations.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Understanding of security architecture, access control, networks, cloud security, and monitoring tools.
  • Desirable certifications: CompTIA Security+ , SCCP or similar.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strategic planning and thinking with an operational and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage Cybersecurity adoption across the organization.
  • Ability to build strong relations cross-functionally with different business areas and multicultural environments.
  • Technology-savvy.

  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.
