  • Lead repricing exercises, in coordination with local and regional teams, to maximize product value and lifecycle revenue.
  • Support the optimization of price corridors and ensure alignment with portfolio strategy.

Tools & Process Development:

  • Design and implement tools and dashboards to track product pricing performance, IRP events, and access evolution.
  • Create standardized processes and templates to enable efficient lifecycle price management across markets.
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to embed pricing performance data into existing reporting systems.

IRP Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Lead the tracking and analysis of IRP trends and regulations in key reference countries.
  • Anticipate and model the impact of IRP changes on local and global prices, advising on mitigation actions.
  • Support pricing simulations for local price submissions and renewals.

Corporate-Local Pricing Governance:

  • Ensure that pricing decisions, approvals, and documentation comply with corporate governance standards.
  • Partner with affiliates and regional teams to implement governance processes and training.
  • Support the pricing approval process by coordinating submission packages and leading pricing committees where needed.

Strategic and Organizational Projects:

  • Drive initiatives that enhance the efficiency, capability, and impact of the Corporate Pricing department.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects focused on pricing excellence, digitalization, and strategic capability building.
