Job description

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Management Advisor to join our People team and play a key role in shaping the future of talent at our organization.  

 

Your Mission 

In this role you’ll design and implement our Talent Development strategy, lead critical talent initiatives, and deliver impactful development programs that drive growth and performance across the company. 

 

What you'll be doing 

  • Design and lead the execution of a Talent Development Strategy aligned with our business goals and people vision. 
  • Manage and evolve our talent pool, ensuring visibility of high-potential talent and supporting their growth journeys. 
  • Lead the design and implementation of our succession planning framework, enabling long-term organizational strength and leadership continuity. 
  • Develop, launch, and continuously improve development programs that accelerate capability building across levels and functions. 
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners and leadership teams to embed talent practices into everyday business. 
  • Use data and insights to measure impact, identify trends, and continuously improve our approach to talent management. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably complemented with a Master’s in Human Resources Management or related field.”
  • Proven experience in Talent Management and Talent Development, with a solid background in designing and executing talent strategies. 
  • Strong knowledge and experience with succession planning, high-potential talent management, and leadership development. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical and forward-thinking talent solutions. 
  • Experience leading company-wide programs and initiatives with measurable impact. 
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom in and out—moving from big-picture design to detailed implementation.
