Your mission
Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Marketing & Market Access team as a Head of Corporate Marketing Excellence (HCME). This role will involve overseeing the management of mature brands within the portfolio which involves identifying and leveraging opportunities for improvement to transition from traditional brand management to a more advanced mature portfolio management strategy. The ultimate goal is to ensure that mature portfolio management delivers meaningful impact while optimizing resource allocation and aligning with our mission.
The HCME is also responsible for defining and implementing key global marketing processes, sharing best practices between global and local teams, global marketing upskilling programs and any key process related. Additionally, the HCME acts as a crucial link with other functions such as Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, and Digital, Data & AI (DD&AI).
