Job description

Mission 

The Business Excellence Partner role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the commercial strategies at the local level, identifying market opportunities, optimizing the execution of sales tactics, and ensuring the alignment of sales teams with the company's global objectives. This role will contribute to the sustainable growth of the affiliate through the implementation of leading commercial practices.

 

Main Responsabilities 

  • Deploy the Business Excellence strategy at the affiliate level, ensuring alignment between local and global teams.
  • Support the implementation of commercial models that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency, continuously measuring their impact to maximize business performance and ensuring the successful execution of product launches and the omnichannel adoption
  • Drive innovation in the commercial model by leveraging Digital, Data & AI, accelerating the transition towards a hospital-focused, efficient, and profitable business model.
  • Activation of digital business through Ferrer framework ( VAEs & CLM creation /implementation) in coordination with business
  • Develop and analyze sales force effectiveness metrics (KPIs), providing key insights to optimize performance and offering data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the definition, implementation and the proper execution of incentive plans, aligning them with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to anticipate opportunities and commercial risks.
  • Continuously optimize commercial processes by integrating CRM and data strategies, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless integration of commercial strategies.

Requirements

We Would Prefer For You To Have

Experience: + 5 years of previous experience as Operational Excellence / Business excellence roles

Education: Preferably Degree in Economics or similar ….

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish 

Competences:

  • Strong data skills
  • Strong supportive approach
  • Veeva CRM expertise including digital functionalities
  • Experience in digital transformation and in commercial team development models
  • Experience in data visualization tools (PBI, Qlik)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a cross functional matrix mode.
