PRIVACY POLICY. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES FOR JOB VACANCIES

 

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, we inform you Grupo Ferrer Internacional, S.A. (hereinafter, “FERRER” or the “Company”) with TAX ID A61738993 and with registered offices at Avenida Diagonal, N°549, 5° floor, 08029, Barcelona (Spain) is the data controller for the processing of personal data collected through the application submitted by you and those that may be collected during the selection process.

A. Purpose of processing and legal basis. Origin of the data and conservation period

 

FERRER will process the data collected in order to process your job application and manage your application within the selection process. The processing of your data is necessary to take steps at the data subject request to performance a contract to which the he or she will be part (art. 6.1 b) of the RGPD). The processing of your data is a necessary requirement for your participation in the process.

 

Retention period: The data processed for this purpose will be kept for the duration of the selection process and, once completed, will be destroyed. If you have given your consent, we will keep your resume for two years from the time you sent it to us. After these two years have elapsed, we will delete them directly and definitively.  

 

Origin of the data: In those cases where you choose to register for the vacancy published through your b4work profile, we will receive the data necessary to evaluate your candidacy directly from TALENT CLUE SOLUTIONS, S.L. in accordance with the information provided by you at the time of creating your profile. FERRER will receive, in general, identification and contact data, as well as professional data.

 

B. Access to Personal Data by third parties other than FERRER and international transfers

 

Communications to third parties  

 

Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties except in the event that it is necessary to comply with any legal obligations that may apply. We inform you that your personal data may be accessed by third parties acting on behalf of FERRER, provided that such access and data processing is essential for the provision of a specific service to FERRER. Under this scenario, the Company will in any case sign the corresponding data processor contract with each of these third parties, who will process the data exclusively for the purposes determined by the Company in each case and never for their own purposes.

 

International data transfers

 

Where applicable, FERRER will regulate such international transfer of data as appropriate and will adopt suitable measures in accordance with data protection regulations to ensure that your personal data remains protected in accordance with data protection regulations, ensuring that any third party receiving your personal data has appropriate security measures in place to protect your data.

 

C. Exercise of rights

 

As a candidate, you have the right to ask FERRER for access to your personal data, and for its rectification or erasure, or to restrict its processing, or to object its processing, as well as, where appropriate, to request the portability of your data. The exercise of these rights may be limited depending on the specific case and the request made in relation to your data and rights. You may exercise these rights at any time and free of charge sending an email to lopd@ferrer.es.

 

Similarly, for the processing of your data whose lawfulness is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to the withdrawal.

 

Finally, we would like to inform you that, in any case, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the corresponding data protection supervisory authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.com).

 

D. Changes to our Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy may be reviewed and amended from time to time. Therefore, we will always include the date of the latest version so that you can find out when it was last modified.
